The price we show when you submit a quote is an Estimate: an automatically calculated, non-binding range. It is not a fixed price and not an invoice.

It's a range because a handyman job's real cost can vary once we see it. Your Estimate isn't final until our staff confirm it — they review the details, complete anything that needs an on-site assessment, recalculate the range, and email you the confirmed range. Until then, please treat the online Estimate as indicative only.
